Here are some examples of 100 Friends at work in the field in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic from July through October, 2020.

 

Cambodia: Our team has been distributing food, medicine and sometimes school supplies to local villagers. Our staff have also been distributing masks, soap and good advice in the form of public health information. Many villagers either didn’t know about the virus or they were badly misinformed.

Hi Marc,

Mr. Tam, who considered you as a good friend once more time expressing his thankfulness to your kind help in the right time for him and his family.

Unfortunately, he has just had his leg removed because he did not have money to get treatment to save it. He sadly told me about it when I called him to send your kind donation to him.

Mr.Tam was happy because his friend, Marc Gold a guy from another continent who has never met up with him but still remembered and supported him with much care and finance. He feels very comforted and stronger when he received your gift. He would like to wish you good health and success in your life and your work.

Help for elderly lady Shangli Skyid in Tibet (Ando)

Hey uncle,

Do you still rememBer her (Shangli skyid)?

I visited her yesterday, her son was not yet and she still waiting for her son coming back for her.
 
I brought some fruits and yogurt, 500RMB for her daily medicine, she was carefully grabbing the money tightly in her left hand, then she put it in her waistband for it's safety.

I was very sad and promised her that I will be back for her 80th birthday. 

I wanna share this with you for reminding that are many needy people like Shangli skyid.
