Uttara Health Camp at Rajapur Village West Bengal, India March, 2023.

Dear Marc,

Thank you for your feedback which means a lot to me. I find great joy in working with you which I have shared with you and Max several times, to my great pleasure.

Marc, I will be conducting a Health Camp very soon at Rajapur Village. A few of my school friends had sent me some money to help the poor and i used some to buy some school accessories and rest I am planning to use to buy whatever medicines I can for the camp. I have spoken to a doctor to volunteer his services..... I will be needing a lot of vitamin pills and other medicines as the old people and kids look so weak and malnourished..... I may use some of your April money once you
transfer it for the Health Camp, with your permission.

Marc, I have visited many villages but this one beats them all in
poverty and needs...

Thank you for being there for me and hope to work with you for a long time.... Take care of you and thanks for everything.

Warm regards,

Uttara

Dear Uttara,

Up to you if you use some of the April money for the health camp but that may not be necessary. Because I just sent you about 14,500 Rs. ($179) for the health camp. This donation is quite separate from the funds I send to you every three months. I want you to have a successful health camp.  Please message me when you have received these funds.

What date is the camp? Please take good photos and some videos. I am happy to help with this worthwhile project.

Best,

Marc

Uttara helping schoolchildren and elderly in Rajapur Village, West Bengal India March 4, 2023

Dear Marc,

How are you? Hope you and your family are all well.

I set off for Rajapur Village with 30 school bags in which school accessories were packed for small kids from Classes I to Class IV. I also carried 10 Grocery Packets for 10 Senior Citizens who were all ladies.

On arrival I was greeted by the kids while toothless smiles lit the faces of some old ladies who had been waiting for my arrival. A few old  ladies hobbled towards me and I greeted them and asked about their health. Most of them were suffering from various ailments and kept requesting me to get a doctor to treat them as they were in no position to buy medicines and travelling to the nearest Government Hospital I. E. Canning was useless according to them as the Doctors would attend them after an endless wait since morning and prescribe medicines which would mostly be unavailable and would get a few medicines for free from the hospital and would need to buy the rest.

After assuring them that I would try to get a Doctor and conduct a health camp, I handed them their groceries. Each packet comprised of rice, dal, soyabean, biscuit and soap.

Expenses Incurred:-
Grocery Packets - Rs. 300 x 10 = Rs. 3000= $36.71usd
School Bags - Rs. 250 x 30 = Rs. 7500 = $91.78 usd
School Accessories - Donated by a friend
Transport - Rs. 800 = $9.79 usd

Total Expenditure - Rs. 11300 = $138.29 usd

In case of any clarifications or doubts please let me know.
Have enclosed a few close ups, photos and videos for you.

Thanks and warm regards,
Uttara
